AJ BURNS

In 1981 Bonney gave up an established corporate career and began painting full time. He soon reached a professional level and demand for his evocative acrylic on canvas landscapes grew rapidly. In the intervening years he has held 27 one man exhibitions and innumerable group shows.

He has has received ever increasing recognition over the years and his work is now highly sought after by both private and corporate collectors alike.

Captivated by South Africa’s indelible scenic beauty Bonney continues in his quest to portray the essence of the South African landscape that is so close to his heart.

He lives and works in the small village of Clarens in the Eastern Freestate Highlands of South Africa.
